We are very pleased about your interest in participating as an exhibitor in our showroom in Bern!
Please complete the following form fields to register as an exhibitor.

Upon receipt of your registration, we will allocate stand space. For our regular exhibitors, we will attempt to allocate the same stand positions as the previous exhibition, unless otherwise requested. If you have any special requests, please state them in the designated field.

The labels you represent at the INNATEX Showroom will be listed by name – with a logo if requested – in the online exhibitor directory. Agencies are generally listed alphabetically under the agency’s name. Please email your logos to service@muveo.de to.

A fixed charge of CHF 75.00 is payable for a professional label.

The minimum stand size is 6m².
The price per square metre is CHF 65.00.

Stand construction walls are not provided in the showroom. The demarcation to the neighbouring stand is usually done with your own collection racks or furniture.

Tables, Chairs and a Power connection can be booked additionally. The calculation will be made after the trade fair.
